      - Everyone wants each other to grow. - A lot of support from higher ups. - You can grow fast or can have a position created for you as it is a small company. - A lot of fun events are being planned to get the team closer together

      Cons

      - Since it is small, there is a lot of room to grow. - Training is not standardized but it is getting better and there are more resources available. - There is no proper contact between SEO and Paid Media, so both teams are in the dark on what's going on.
