Pros
Brilliant agency, dedicated to its clients' success and building a happy, close knit, expert team. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn and be innovative. The focus on ethical and sustainable brands and the agency's aspiration to become a B Corp make the work even more meaningful and rewarding
Cons
Remote structure is fantastic for work life balance but Covid has put a temporary stop on in person get togethers for a while although these are starting up again. Small company so not the type of extra benefits you get working in a larger corporate. but the pros far outweigh the cons
