It has been a month that I have joined Webware as a Digital Sales Consultant (Virtual).
We have an extraordinary team, everyone is so friendly and passionate about getting tasks done. The company has adapted to the Virtual Work environment very nicely. The work flow is so much defined here that you don't need to stress too much on anything except keep doing your own work and get things done.
An excellent management team with a "Screw it, Let's do it" attitude. This company is a great place to work for people who love aggressive yet fun-filled work environment. You 'll always be pushed to achieve more, but there's no much pressure from the team leaders and managers.
And after all, I believe that there's always scope for growth in companies which are aggressive at setting and accomplishing targets. We grow by lifting the company.
