Pros

Webz.io is an inspiring company with a clear mission and a strong sense of purpose. The leadership team truly cares about both employees and customers, and it shows in every aspect of the business. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and full of people who genuinely want to make an impact. There’s a real emphasis on innovation, new ideas are welcomed, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully. The work is dynamic, and the company is always evolving, which keeps things exciting. Management is transparent, open to feedback, and consistently communicates the "why" behind decisions. The people are one of the biggest strengths here: smart, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. It feels like a team that’s truly rowing in the same direction.

Cons

No workplace is perfect, but most challenges come from the fast-paced nature of the industry. You have to be adaptable and comfortable with change. That said, leadership is continuously improving processes and offering support to help teams keep moving efficiently.

Pros

Some people are really nice and also feel the same like me about many things

Cons

Salary is very low and conditions not good comparing to the market. In the dev team we mostly work to put out fire because we have no planning, no roadmap, not really building something new. There is no connection between what we do and the rest of the company, and biggest problem is that teams dont really know each other, sometime even the names of people we dont know. Many people not happy in the company, and it is very unstable - they firing people all the time. In my time I saw probably like 50 people that was fired or left. Many people already doing interviews in other companies. We dont have real way to say what we feel - the company did “round tables” but it is only for a show. The founders even coming and listening to every word we say! in the end nothing change and they keep ask everyone to write nice thing on glassdoor
