Pros

- Depending on your position you might have little to none supervision - Easy way to get some basic experience

Cons

- The Dublin office is not doing well. Revenue has been decreasing for years as shown in the public figures posted be Webzen. Last year alone revenue went down 48% - There is no team spirit or enjoyment in the work left, most people left loathe their work and are planning to leave. - All games are outdated. Even the new additions are years old and have failed in Korea before. Some of the titles are close to or over 10 years old. - Management has clear favorites that get involved in choice projects. - Benefits are near minimal. There is health insurance and the company takes part in a few government sponsored initiatives like cycle to work. - No sick pay. If you get sick you are not payed. You will loose out on pay until the government kicks in on the 7 days of your illness. - Micro management from your managers. Depending on your manager you might be check down to the minute. - Little to no career opportunities. Vacant management positions are frequently left open. Lower tier employees are expected to do the management work for free. - All big decisions are made by the Korean head office with little to no regard to the input from Dublin. - Salary is below industry average.

Pros

I joined the new office in El Segundo, CA which is considered a separate branch from the Dublin and the now-defunct Los Angeles office. - Great co-workers - Given a lot of autonomy on tasks - Startup culture (can be a con for some people) - Best health benefits I've ever had - Casual dress-code

Cons

- It is a mobile gaming company, knowledge about mobile gaming is essential. - Fixed working schedule - Can be long hours depending on position - Sometimes have to wear many hats (can be a pro for some people)

Pros

The big projects that they were able to obtain 5 years ago

Cons

complete and utter incompetence at the managerial level. Decisions made without data. No interest in expanding the abilities of the company or themselves. Many times inept management leads to overwhelming crunch work for the entire company. Inability to communicate has led to wasteful decisions as well as the closure of their US subsidiary due to inability to work with the US staff there. This inability to communicate as well as manage has also led to the loss of a high profile AAA project. Not enough support or proper perspective in regards to what are essential projects to the company. Bleeding qualified and formerly motivated employees left and right. Not destined to remain in business or independent.
