      Pros

      There were only 5 consultants so it was easy to get extra hours Commission was good if you reached your goal of $$/hr for the month Owner is friendly

      Cons

      High competition Sales associates booked their own appointments - so if you weren't on the phones, you had to rely on your competition to make sure you saw brides Since it is a small company, there is no room for growth Minimal, if any, benefits

      Pros

      If you love working with brides and helping them create their dream wedding gown, this is the place to do it. Great hands on experience to get yourself in the wedding industry. Great customer service and alterations department.

      Cons

      The hours are long, and you have to work weekends. Sometimes the clients get heated but that just the name of the game. Highend clients expect highend service. You must have some sort of knowledge in the wedding industry.

      business isn't run that well - too much focus on a couple of brands poor variety
