Poor work environment - Shift Supervisor Wedge Group Galvanizing Employee Review

Surrounded by good people, happy to go to work everyday. Gained good knowledge and some further education. I probably would have stayed for many more years if the pay wasn't so bad.

The reason for my departure was because the pay was extremely poor for what the role entailed. I had been there since 2015 and started as a shop floor employee, I took the opportunity for a higher role but somehow I ended up on less pay than when I was on the shop floor. The role was labelled as 'technical services representative' when in reality it was a Quality Manager role. I'm guessing it gave a justification for paying poor.
