Pros
I worked in the smallest branch in london so it wasnt as busy as the other 2 stores for the most part. Management is great, very caring and considerate. Allowed to be yourself. Great environment which in turn made me actually want to show up to my shifts and go the extra mile for customers. Small team but amazing, felt like a family. Every other retail job i have had, had always felt like i was back in secondary school, everyone is always so cliquey, so much gossip but fortunately i never experienced that at Weekday Soho. Hours are also amazing in my opinion. Once the store closes for the public, you get to leave a few minutes late because there isnt a lot of stock that needs tidying as it is very manageable throughout your shift. No need to stay an hour after closing.
Cons
When it was busy, although it was rare areas could get quite messy, especially the denim sections and fitting rooms because we didnt have a staff member allocated to the fitting room area, it was kind of everyones job. A lot of theft also, had to constantly be on the lookout for that.
