coworkers are awesome. but stay away - do not waste your time

the year i was there, the owner hired and fired 20 people. he has boasted about it in meetings and was really proud of that. the owner is very unstable, is always yelling, cursing and saying obscene things. it is all very dysfunctional. if you notice they are always hiring because they always fire people without any remorse or reason. don't bother applying. you're expected to answer calls and emails on your personal phone at all hours of the day and weekend, expected to use your own computers and software and expected to drive everywhere without gas mileage reimbursement. seriously, stay away don't waste your time.
