Pros

Great coworkers, I loved the customers, opportunity to travel. Generous 401K.

Cons

The downside is management. They play favorites and are not shy about it. I was let go because I questioned an "anonymous survey" that the director sent out, when I discovered it was not anonymous. She retaliated by looking for reasons to fire me. So when I took a scheduled day off, and would not tell her what I did, she stated I was dishonest and fired me after nearly 5 years. Management team is rude and snide, and treat reps as "less than". The health insurance is too expensive.

Pros

- learned so much and got so much hands-on experience - cross-functional intern project was growing experience and the mentors selflessly supported us along the way - networking opportunities and bonding with whole department - the internship program is so educational and supportive with opportunities such as lunch with CEO, mock interview, resume review, etc - as social medai intern I created campaign startegies, monitored socials, managed facebook group content, conducted research, led a focus group, and more!

Very dance-focused so it definitely benefits to have an interest
