Pros

Come join WEKA if you want to: - work for a company without a clear strategy or vision and constant shifts in priorities - a CEO that will lose it on stage in front of all employees after the true visionaries walked away (and many people followed) - toxic culture where peers will berate others and treat them as inferior for not having a technical background - work in teams with widespread dissatisfaction and no hope that anything will ever get better Check out the competitors who are VASTly crushing the market, PUREly redefining the data storage space, and DDNly winning most deals...

Cons

- WEAK is well aware that their product is too niche that they are now trying to go after an incredibly small slice of the market and decimated their go to market operation... their only hope is to get acquired by a larger tech company - there's so much misalignment at the executive level that the message from the C-suite is disjointed and breeds confusion across all teams in the company - toxic behavior is rarely addressed and many dysfunctional people will get away with it since there's no culture of accountability - the golden days are now behind after the president stepped down and left them to their own devices

Pros

Working from home and fast computer

Cons

The culture is and feels top-down with consistently low morale across multiple teams. Leadership accountability appears limited, and several individuals seem to have stepped into management roles without meaningful prior experience leading people, often tied to previous job connections rather than proven leadership track records (take a look at HR). This has created an environment where finger-pointing is common and collaboration suffers, leaving teams in uncomfortable positions. Sales leadership in particular appears to lack strong exposure to the space, which can make it difficult for new ideas or different professional backgrounds to be considered. Diversity across leadership and sales remains limited, with a noticeably male-dominated structure. Communication from some members of management can come across as borderline inappropriate, which impacts overall trust and psychological safety.
