      Pros

      The community as a site was great, staff worked as a team regardless working for different brands. Used to be a great place to work your way up, too focused over apperance.

      Cons

      High intensity work with minimal respect from certain managers. Dodgy hiring system for managers entering the company. Recently seen as a number rather than an employee for the company which is all against Welcome Break as a whole.
