The work space is nice and clean. The building is bright. Parking is free. the therapist care about the patients. There are people they got rid of and then hired back but they put them at the bottom of the pay scale again. The business is about making money and they make sure they do.

They get rid of a lot of people.. There is a policy that if they are getting rid of a supervisor they can step into your job even if you are doing everything. They give people awards and they are the next people to go. They adjust things so you can work with no pay. You can do paperwork online at home after you work your 50 hours. Few benefits. You have to bill or you are out intense pressure.
