I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Gympass was negatively impacted by frustrations with the product. While we've made a ton of progress on this front, we know it's not perfect yet. After hearing feedback like yours, we recently implemented several new communication channels between the product team and the rest of the company to address issues faster and have seen a lot of improvement.
