During the past few years we have invested heavily in our new app ecosystem, and we are working diligently to make it available to all clients. User experience is at the front of our minds, and our product team is strategically rolling out features to enhance the ways in which clients, members, and subscribers interact with the product. Our leadership team is composed of individuals with a wide range of professional experiences, both within Gympass and externally in the fitness and tech industries. We operate a structured interview process focused on assessing competencies, for both external and internal candidates, for all levels including leadership. This ensures we bring on top-level leaders with the right skills to drive Gympass forward, and to work collaboratively throughout the organization to set our focus.
