The 401k match is nice.

This place is a disaster - the worst place I have ever worked. I'm still amazed I stayed almost 2 years, but I'm the fool for believing the executive team could execute on the lofty vision after multiple and unexpected rounds of layoffs and acquisitions that left my team struggling to operate the software systems. The executive team is comprised of a group of friends that are better served as employees in a funeral home because they killed the company morale and vision. This company will not survive past 2025, but if a miracle occurred, here's why you should stay away: -No leadership -Board micromanagement -Inherited legacy applications without guidance or employees to operate -Constantly changing vision -Zero company communication -Toxic culture
