Pros

comes with a tag canadian based company

Cons

Hire & Fire Culture: There is absolutely no job security. The company follows a ruthless hire-and-fire policy, and the employee turnover rate is alarmingly high. People join and leave far too quickly. Erratic Management & Decisions: Management changes frequently, and so do their decisions. There is no stability or long-term vision. Policies change overnight without any proper communication or logical reasoning. Extreme Favouritism: Career progression here has nothing to do with your hard work or skills. The culture heavily promotes favoritism and sycophancy. The management's "favorites" keep changing, and only those who blindly agree with them get recognized. Lack of Professionalism & Communication: The work environment is highly unprofessional. There is zero clarity regarding work expectations, roles, or daily tasks. Communication across the board is extremely poor. No Career Growth: If you are looking to learn, grow, or build a stable career, this is not the place. The chaotic environment leaves no room for personal or professional development.

Pros

Target audience are in International markets

Cons

The work environment is highly toxic, especially in the India offices. Management micromanages every detail of daily work. Cameras and constant monitoring create a sense of fear rather than trust. There is no psychological safety. Employees do not trust each other because feedback and private conversations are often used against people. Many feel they could be blamed or reported at any time, which leads to people protecting themselves instead of collaborating. Decisions are driven by fear of termination rather than performance or growth. HR acts as an enforcement arm instead of a support function. Employees are let go suddenly, with little explanation or process. Leadership communication is inconsistent and often intrusive. Employees are contacted outside working hours, including late at night, based on leadership convenience rather than respect for time zones or boundaries. There is no clear structure, no stable processes, and no long-term people strategy. Attrition is high, morale is low, and stress is constant.
