Family oriented. Family comes first and they will work with what ever that situation maybe. You have the potential to make extra money when writing new business as a Client Advisor. The Wells family takes really good care of their employees. We also will do fun stuff throughout the year (Non-Covid of course), we're getting ready to do our Wells Corporate Cup 2021 where the Personal Lines & Benefits Depts. battle the Commercial/Acctg Depts. in fun events to see who will win the Wells Corporate Cup. One year we did a Wells Olympics and have in the past done competitions to benefit our local food banks. We try to get together the week before Thanksgiving for a practice Thanksgiving where all the different locations can all sit and have a holiday meal with each other and the 4th of July, the Wells will cook hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill and try to get us together for that. I'm truly blessed to work for the Wells. We've also been in business for over 100 years and it's looking like we'll be around hopefully for another 100 years. When we have the right team in place, I feel we're unbeatable with service. I joke with my Director that they'd better have their carpenter ready when they decide to let me go as you'll see my finger nail scratches down the hall as they drag me out by my ankles.
Cons
When were short staffed, like just about everywhere right now. We strive to give great customer service but it's really hard to do that when your short staffed. Management does their best to work with us when we're short staffed.
