Pros
Upside compensation is very high, lots of opportunity. Hours are long but very flexible, not a lot of pressure from management to fit a mold, allow for schedule to fit your optimal work environment and format. Management is very responsive to personal preferences, vacation requests, technology upgrades, etc.
Cons
Industry requires more hours than most jobs in a city like Memphis. Some tasks can be undefined if that, not recommended for people who prefer a very structured environment.
