      The participants were great Unfortunately they were also bullied and traumatised by management.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management who had no care for participants and only interested in themselves. Workers are bullied and little to no regard for worker safety. Avoid this company !

      Participants and some of the staff members

      Cons

      Inability to manage incompetence, governance and accountability. Instead of fixing the problems it was better to keep the rot and allow others to suffer or remove them. Management here will not support you. Are cowards and self protection is their main goal. If you value your mental health this isn’t a place for you.

      Some Senior Management couldn't care less if you exsist or not, the PHN is a broken system.
