      Average pay. Christmas party and bonus. Free swag. Growing company.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at times due to work level. Office cliques can make CSRs feel like excluded group. Long time employees protect eachother. There is no HR department, so there's no impartial person to resolve interpersonal issues.

      Great benefits and a fairly consistent working environment Small office space which can also be a con. Good work-life balance.
