Pros
Incredible projects, the clients, range and scope of which are advanced, you feel like you are changing the world everyday. Team works very well together, some great mentors, so much to learn, and the best thing is that they allow you to jump in regardless of experience level (no worries lots of checks and balances in start to finish of customers equipment). The company takes a lot of pride in the quality of the machines built and is quick to tout the on-time delivery record of 12 years straight, which is unheard of in the industry. Really enjoy the everyday challenges.
Cons
Old school work week, could be more flexible with salaried hours/paid time off, and less structured lunches, and schedules.
