Countless! Post take over by Apollo and on boarding of new leadership, its a lost cause. First PWC was brought in who messed up entire structure and processes then came new CEO and his team who seem to have no clue about the business but seem to be in a hurry to make some money and get off. No customer and employee connect. No clue what customers want and no product / solution roadmap. Killing own product and selling partner technology - bringing revenue and margins lower and becoming a re-seller. Hiring big guns with poor record in US while firing people down the line across the globe. Just buying other firms and hiring big guns will not help bring this firm back to its former glory.
