      Plenty of opportunity to work on a variety of different projects spanning multiple industries. You get to work with a great team who you can always reach out to with questions and build up your skills and knowledge

      Cons

      No set teams, your teammates from project to project can be very different. Sometimes required to travel a lot

      Pros

      Strong background and track record of successful ERP implementations. Most "legacy" employees are highly experienced with domain expertise. After being acquired, longer term financial security is stronger.

      Cons

      Growth and acquisition/absorption of other companies has been somewhat disruptive. Little, if any, formal method to train and develop less experienced personnel.
