Pros
Kind, supportive, and welcoming staff with a focus on serving the unique student body. Leadership that genuinely appreciates their employees and gives them room to improve existing processes. Working at Western is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The campus is beautiful and well landscaped and a short distance from SE Hawthorne and Mt. Tabor park.
Cons
Small campus that doesn't offer all the amenities that you may expect working at a college. Administration is housed in a beautiful older home so space is limited as are electrical outlets. Western uses an in house created management software which is a headache and a half!
