      Pros

      Good work environment in the office, there is always lots of work to do, and responsibility is given when deserved.

      Cons

      Was offered hybrid remote at hire but took a while to be incorporated because there was a pretty major change in management. However after about a year it was re-implemented.

      Pros

      This is a wonderful place to work, and I’m lucky to be here. Western Utility Telecom is a growing company with plenty of opportunities, which is rare these days. Management is supportive, a team-oriented culture is fostered, and the pay/benefits are above average. This is a career, not a job, and I’m not going anywhere.

      Convenient location Company promotes from within Easy to work with bosses

      I wish the pay was better QC standards are constantly evolving, makes it hard to know what is expected Company does not show an urgency when it comes to giving performance reviews
