Pros
Small, family like environment. Great access to support and training, of the management team felt that it was appropriate for your position. Some major interactions were quite passive aggressive, and very disappointing considering how wonderful the overall experience was. Great bosses lift their staff up, not put them down. In a very short period of time, what began as a great position, with ample support, very quickly turned into a negative environment. To this date, I am still unsure as to why.
Cons
There is a lack of communication between upper management and employees, which often leads to insecurity as fear in regards to their positions. Being upfront, flexible, and honest allows everyone to remain on the same page and execute their responsibilities skillfully, and with great ownership and personal accountability.
