Pros
Overall, WCA is maintained and organized well regarding its facilities and general business practices. Had some great people working there that I enjoyed talking with sometimes.
Cons
Management showed low interest in developing employees and little to no communication regarding performance feedback. A little stuck in old practices and many high tenures employees are not open to any change. Culture is definitely a unique fit and if you don't fit, you will know.
