It allowed me to quickly understand the dynamics of assessment operations at scale. I also valued the opportunity to take ownership early on and the trust placed in me to manage key tasks independently.

Given that the organization is still in a scaling phase, I found that some foundational processes—like cross-functional communication, structured onboarding, and team support systems—are still developing.
