Pros
Leadership has past experience in leading. They know when to step in to assist, always there if you ask for help and when to let you own the responsibilities of the role and additional tasks you want to take on to help the company grow. The team at large are rockstars. We are all moving fast and with purpose to propel the company forward. Because of this, there is so much synergy amongst all departments. Lastly, there is visibility: visibility into company performance, decisions at the highest level, hiring potential, and where there are gaps for development and therefore show further value to the company (big and small)
Cons
The current size of Wheel limits the types of benefits they can offer (401K plans, matching contributions, aggressive health plans, paternity/maternity leave) but that will change as we continue to succeed.
