      Pros

      Wheelz has an awesome mission to transform the outdated model of car ownership, an amazing & capable team, and a great work space to accomplish this mission.

      Cons

      As a relatively young company there were initially some management issues stemming from a lack of experience which have been more than addressed with the addition of a few key more experienced team members to help provide guidance.

      Startup company were they ask you your opinion a lot. open office and great to enteract with other co-workers, relaxed environment

      Cons

      no stucture, lack of parking. have to do a lot of stuff yourself. turn over rate is very high. a lot of consultants and very little full time employees
