Blatant favoritism by main branch and corporate. High turnover created by poor compensation. Severe lack of training opportunities to advance. PTO policies that punish you for extending holiday leave. Sr. Management takes advantage of staff who will work open positions pro-temp without ever giving them the job or the pay.
