Even though we are about 120 at the company it feels like you are part of a smaller company since everyone makes themselves available to help each other. Management is eager to listen to suggestions to improve the overall experience for the employees and our clients.

Been here 6 years. I dont have any cons. I guess that is why I have been here 6 years.

Good environment, some benefits like WFH are nice, nice offfices

Bad professiona growth, they expect you to be 1+ year on a single position to be eligible to move up the ladder. You can be 10x better than everyone else but they give higher priority to someone whose had more time at the company
