      Pros

      Drivers are great to work with. Plastipak knows what they're doing, but Whiteline doesn't follow suit. Opportunity to learn a lot due to lazy managers. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Awful management with absolutely no compassion for employees. No room for advancement because unfit managers stay in their jobs far longer than they should. Low pay compared to industry.

      Company cares for it employees and is willing to listen and work through conflicts and issues to improve the overall atmosphere for all.

      Downside was the prior leadership, but it has since changed for the better.
