Company teamwork is very poor. All departments operate separately from echother. Feels very disjointed. Very few opportunities to move up. Most growth is in the manufacturing facility in Mexico. Employee and management turnaround is very high. No education opportunities. Constantly dealing with emergencies with no plans to fix permanently. There are no plans to be proactive with potential problems. Feeling of low moral in general.
