Salary is way below market rate. You get better salary working full time at an F&B. No work life balance. You'll be burnt out here. Not a good place for entry level, you'll have to figure things out on your own. CEO always take request for client at good-will(for free). Even if it means doing it after office hours. Be prepared to complete tasks at odd hours on repeated basis (middle of night of early am 4am-6am)

Just graduated and landed a traineeship here for 9 months back in 2020-2021. Team is very accommodating and has a proper way of managing flexibility schedule. Definitely learn a lot from my mentor during my time here and managed to bring some of my soft and hard skills into university. Opportunities in handling projects and leading them.
