need to change name of job title-- this is not a loan servicing representative position. and we do leases not loans. most times when people call in they are already denied. there is very little loan servicing taking place. call this what it is-- customer service. poor management decisions lead to angry customers, rapidly-changing underwriting requirements and system glitches lead to once-approved lease approval codes being shut down and denied. customers call in asking why and think this is a scam, and loan servicing reps deal with the fallout. i just cant recommend this job to anyone
