Rush in to changes leaving staff under informed

Wichita Public Library is committed to the community it serves. It is bringing in new innovative changes to its services, and the materials that it has available to customers.

There tends to be several groups of employees. These groups work together well, however there is little interaction that can help these groups get to know each other. For example, each branch does not get a chance to learn about the other branches. It would be good to allow employees to switch jobs temporarily to learn other groups that they do not work with.
