The compensation is somewhat decent.
Cons
Job performance, education and experience don't count when trying to be promoted. It doesn't matter how good an employee you are; all that matters is how well you interview. If you don't interview well you might as well not try very hard on the job because you'll never be promoted. Also, they don't like to promote from within unless you're buddies with at least one manager.
