they do make it easy to be flexible with hours so long as you meet hours within the week and your work gets done.

pay is low in consideration of the work. It does have a high turn over rate. as a paralegal you are not assigned an attorney more a less you are assigned cases with different attorneys. Some attorneys are great, others are a literal nightmare. Overall staff varies, but turn over is just always high
