Pros
Wideout has been a great learning experience. Mentorship is a key focus for the company and they do a good job helping employees and entrepreneurs start up their business.
Cons
No downside really. Great opportunity for partnership and entrepreneurs with great ideas needing mentoring and IT Dev resources.
RUN . ABUSIVE AND TOXIC CULTURE.
Management WILL NOT CARE how much you contribute.
I dont reccomend this for fresh grads. Noone should be subject to this type of work environment.
long time employees enable and accept poor treatment from management. Management will constantly make promises to have talent stay on for longer and will not follow through.
No boundaries and no work life balance. management is aware of the orgs issues but do the very least they can to adress them. High turnover of employees because of this. Limited resources for growth.
HR is an absolute mess. Multiple cases about monthly govt contributions not being paid.
