Great time - Intern - Hourly Wier & Associates Employee Review

I have worked with the company several years now and absolutely love it there. I work with such a great team of people, who are reliable, and helpful. I worked with the company as an intern, and have moved my way up after graduation. I have had some incredible mentors during my time with the company and am very thankful to those that took the time to teach me the ropes. The company offers a very good 401k match, profit-sharing,a fairly good amount of PTO, very affordable insurance, and 2 bonuses a year. If you are driven and want to progress the career ladder, there is absolutely opportunity at this company. They want people who are driven and want to move up.

The workload can be stressful at times, but it is easily manageable. Notifying the team early and often on when you are needing help can elevate a lot of the stress.
