Pros

Working at Wiingy has been a rewarding and enriching experience. The company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a talented team that values transparency, ownership, and growth. One of the things I appreciate most about Wiingy is the supportive environment. Whether it’s through mentorship, regular feedback, or access to learning resources, the company genuinely invests in the personal and professional development of its employees. The leadership team is approachable and encourages open communication, making it easy to share ideas and contribute meaningfully to the company’s goals. Additionally, Wiingy’s mission to make quality tech education accessible resonates deeply with me and gives purpose to the work I do every day. Overall, Wiingy is a great place to work if you’re passionate about education, technology, and being part of a high-impact team

Cons

10 hours shift that is little bit surprising

Pros

Remote, way too easy to get hired, great for unethical scammers

Cons

Got a phone call from them the other day saying I've been "inactive for more than 20 days." My students and I were stunned by this news as they had all seen me once a week the past month. They clarified that I wasn't working on bringing new students in. They don't care about serving the students that have already paid. Get ready for a ton of messages from them from all kinds of platforms, unpaid demos, and lost demos that will effect your performance despite the students ready to work with you. They always disappear when Wiingy tries gauge as much money as they can from them. Unethical company.

Pros

Timely payout, occasionally you find a serious student that makes it worth it

Cons

The demos are nonsense as you don’t get paid. They say they will pay you for the first three cancellations but that’s a lie as I only got paid for the first two. They punish you if you get a student who hates you and transfers their lessons to another tutor, or you have a couple of demos where they don’t sign up for lessons. Keep in mind you never get paid for demos, you’re literally working for free.
