      Pros

      It might be ok if you work in France, but the other campuses are a joke.

      Cons

      No communication or planning from management, if I need help from someone in France they never respond to me. The salary is very low. Most concerning is that my managers have displayed racist behavior, attempting to avoid getting students from certain parts of the world.

      Pros

      In 2 years, I pass in three positions in the same segment, and the company recognizes the employee's commitment. All my managers have been great leaders helping me improve my skills and allow to grow. The recognition of my work was the company allowed me to create a local team independent of France to grow even more. We are inclusive and receive students from all over the world and creeds. The employees can choose to work in the office or remotely, wherever they feel happy and productive. Although we are a tech company, humanism is the main core of the company. Related to payments, the company pays high above the Portuguese market reality
