-only 2 interns so I was working with only full time employees
-Exciting, emerging brands to work on
-you can tap into the network and meet some smart, cool people

-No clear promotional track
-limited resources in keeping yourself knowledgable
-Can be top heavy & coupled with layoffs across the junior level, anyone mid-senior, managerial level will be roll stretching A LOT
