Pros

The team are young, fun and committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer experiences. The work-life balance is a positive one where employees are actively encouraged to get out and enjoy the beautiful place in which we work. The onus is on oneself to make that happen but there's no shortage of encouragement. We have the best playground in the world on our doorstep and we get to call it home. Working in adventure travel is such an inspiring product, so that makes it very easy to get out of bed in the morning.

Cons

The downsides are minor in comparison to the numerous upsides, so on balance, the cons need to be taken in this perspective. As a growing company there is opportunity, however career development is largely contingent on growth, as there is low team turnover. Having been listed in the Great Places to Work in the first year of applying, and having been here for 8 years and more to come, it's testament to the pros massively outweighing the cons.
