Great Company to Work For - CSS Wilhelm Automotive Employee Review

Since Wilhelm is a family owned business, the employees are treated like family. Everyone from the store managers to the CEO are friendly and I enjoy everyone I've met and work with. Their are several volunteer opportunities for the employees to be a part of, every other year they host a Wilhelm Weekend at a local resort for the employees and their families to attend and hang out and relax for a weekend. It's great to be a part of a company that is honest, gives back to the community and cares about its employees. Wilhelm's being closed on weekends and having paid holidays are great for work/life balance because it gives everyone time to hang out with their family.
