      Pros

      Offered a guaranteed pay rate if there weren’t enough hours to go around

      Cons

      Sold out to large corporate type company, turned into a tire shop. Payroll was never correct and had frequent errors on paychecks. Poor service advisor team that couldn’t/wouldn’t sell repairs, leaving no hours for techs to earn.

      Great place to work, getting into and learning ins and outs of a vehicle higher starting pay than most other employers for Lube tech position

      Cons

      Working on hot vehicles in the middle of summer is never a good time
