Pros
Due to lack of oversite you could do whatever you want. Leave early, take extra hours for lunch, not show up at all and still get paid.
Cons
No organizational leadership. As an employee there was no clear direction, no goals, no support. Inexperienced middle management. Never met senior management. You will hear how they are people focused over and over but there will be no action to actually be people focused.
