Pros
Williams has some of the nicest people I've ever met. They're hard working and great to work with. They company also has a very relaxed dress code, so you can wear jeans. The downtown location is also very convenient for some.
Cons
The senior leadership team is very greedy and doesn't care at all about the people that work there. They tell people to work faster and harder, yet no one has any idea what the SLT actually does. The pay is horrible and significantly below industry standards. There is a serious lack of mentorship because all the manager are overworked and too tired to mentor you.
