Pros
There is a good work life balance. Location is good. Good pay according to the market value. There are free snacks in the break room.
Cons
The people in the top level are sort of the permanent employees and they hire new 'expendable' employees from time to time as need be and either fire them or lay them off as soon as they dont need them. They dont hire employees with the intention of retaining them although they might call it a full time position... it is a deception. I would recommend to only accept the offer if there is no other alternative and continue to look for opportunities even while employed there because you never know which day could be your last there. The atmosphere is very negative there and you feel it when you start working there immediately.
